The animation industry today exceeds billions of dollars, with demand steadily increasing. Even some YouTube content creators are earning millions of dollars by creating simple 2D animation videos. In today’s video, we will guide you through creating simple animation videos in 5 easy steps. Our job is simply to provide prompts, and everything will be done by artificial intelligence. So let’s get started!
Step 1. The first step is to create a storyline for our video. Visit chat.openai.com and create a free account using your email address and password. Since this process is straightforward, I won’t display it here. Once you’ve logged into your account, you’ll arrive at this page because we need a story suitable for children. So, we’ll type in “Write a short story about a young boy’s Adventure on a Forgotten Ancient Planet in about 200 words” and click here. As you can see, we now have a fantastic story. Now, we need some prompts to generate images. ChatGPT will assist us in obtaining some prompts. Simply type the prompts for the story in midjourney to generate images for each sentence in this story, and press Enter. As you can see, we have some prompts to create AI images. You only need to paste them into midjourney.
Step 2. The second step is to create cartoon images using artificial intelligence. To generate images, we will use MidJourney, a free tool. You can also use Leonardo AI. When you log into your MidJourney account, just type /imagine, then copy the prompts from ChatGPT and paste them here. You can pause the video and copy those prompts as examples to create similar quality images for your story. So, you need to generate all the required images for your story in MidJourney and download them. After this, your second step is also completed.
Step 3: Our third step is to convert the images generated by our AI into an animated video like this one. To do that, I will use this AI tool called runwayml. First, you need to create a free account, which you can easily do by clicking here. Once you’ve logged into your account, you will be taken to this page. You can use this artificial intelligence tool in two ways: the first way is to convert text into a video, and the second way is to convert images into a video, which is the method I recommend. Now let’s see how to convert text into an animated video. Please click on “text to video” here. We need to write some prompts, and I will copy the prompts from ChatGPT and paste them here. To achieve the best quality, we should use the “image to video” option. However, if you prefer any of the other options, you can simply click “generate,” and you will obtain the final video. You can now download this video by clicking here. Now, I will show you how to use the “image to video” option. Please click here. Now, you need to upload your own images. I will use an image that I downloaded from midjourney, and it will take some time. Afterward, click on “generate,” and finally, you can see the result. Step 4: In this step, we will create a voiceover for our story using artificial intelligence. You can also use your own voice to create the voiceover, but we will use 11 Labs for this purpose. You can use any AI voice you prefer. I like this website because it’s free, and we have a wide variety of voices to choose from. So, here, we need to paste our script, then click “generate,” and it will be generated within a minute. Now, we can listen to the voice by clicking here. You can download this voice by clicking here. Once you have created the voiceover, your step three is also complete.
